Colorful — and changeable — Colorado
Posted by Richard on June 16, 2006
Day before yesterday, Denver hit 102° F., a record high for June 14 and the earliest date ever in triple digits. A front moved through overnight, so today we’re in the 70s.
And I just heard that Trail Ridge Road through Rocky Mountain National Park (the highest continuous paved road in the U.S.; some nice pictures here and here) is closed today. Due to snow.
Man, I just love Colorado! Never a dull moment! 🙂
